Adani Group is seeking a Lead Controls - Manufacturing to design, implement, optimize, and maintain automation and control systems across manufacturing operations. The role will improve productivity, quality, equipment reliability, and process efficiency through advanced control systems and Industry 4.0 technologies.

The candidate will lead integration of robotics, machine vision, sensors, and industrial networks, and mentor automation engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and factory automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing control systems.
• Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation applications.
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting of automated production equipment.
• Drive integration of robotics, machine vision systems, sensors, and industrial networks.
• Monitor plant automation performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and MES/ERP systems.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for automation-related issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies for control systems.
• Collaborate with process, quality, maintenance, and production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cyber security, and industry standards.
• Lead automation projects related to new product introduction, capacity expansion, and process optimization.
• Mentor and guide automation and controls engineers within the team.

Purpose/Objective

The Lead Controls - Manufacturing will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining automation and control systems across manufacturing operations.
