PCBL Ltd in Kolkata seeks a Manufacturing Excellence leader to define and steer the enterprise ME strategy, establish governance, and build capability across manufacturing sites. The role drives continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methods to deliver measurable productivity, cost, quality, and performance gains.

The holder will act as a change agent, mentoring cross‑functional teams, deploying dashboards, and ensuring rigorous project delivery with sustained business impact.

Qualifications

• Basic level of education as stated: Diploma/Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, TPM optional.
• MBA/PG program optional.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Manufacturing Excellence strategy and governance.

To define, lead, and institutionalize the Manufacturing Excellence (ME) strategy at a corporate level by developing enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, governance mechanisms, and capability building programs. The role ensures consistent deployment of Manufacturing Excellence practices across all manufacturing sites, drives continuous improvement culture through Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and operational excellence methodologies, and enables sustainable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and operational performance. The role holder acts as a change agent, influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving.
