Job summary

Rcpc in India seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineering lead to oversee load calculations, SLDs, lighting layouts, and power distribution for large-scale industrial projects. You will mentor a design team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and other codes.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in electrical design, and collaboration with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to deliver optimized, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in electrical design engineering for large-scale industrial projects, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of international and local electrical codes (IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, etc.).
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and calculation tools.
