Job summary

Maersk is seeking an SCM File Owner responsible for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices, and for managing all file activities after booking.

You will support customer service in query resolution, handle documentation, system updates, and operational finance, and proactively communicate with customers in case of exceptions, ensuring accurate records.

Job description

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system. Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for thecustomers under purview. Key Activities include:

• All file management activities post booking.
• Documentation.
• System Updates.
• Operational finance.
• Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exceptionhandling.
