Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.

Responsibilities

• Own all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.
• Manage all file activities post booking, including documentation, system updates, and operational finance.
• Proactively communicate with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Support customer service in resolving customer queries and handling exceptions.
