Job summary

Maersk in Navi Mumbai is seeking an SCM Operations professional to execute and manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including shipment tracking, milestone updates, reporting, validation and exception handling. You will also handle shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.

The role centers on owning all file management activities for the allocated portfolio, post-booking documentation, and proactive communication with Customer Service to resolve exceptions.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in SCM, logistics, freight forwarding or shared services operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage end-to-end SCM operational activities including shipment tracking, milestone updates, reporting, validation and exception handling.
• Create and update shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.
• Own all SCM operations activities related to file management for customers under the assigned portfolio.
• Manage all file management activities post-booking.
• Handle documentation and system updates.
• Manage operational finance activities.
• Proactively communicate with Customer Service in case of exceptions.
• Support Customer Service in resolving customer queries and operational exceptions.
