Job summary

Simplilearn is seeking a Lead Instructional Designer – Tech to craft impactful, learner-centric digital experiences. You will translate complex technical concepts into effective learning modules for professionals and learners.

You will lead a team, mentor colleagues, and ensure timely delivery while upholding content quality. Strong background in Java, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Design.
• Strong proficiency in instructional design tools, principles and methodologies.
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Java, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud or related technologies.
• Experience in content review and quality assurance.
• Experience in team handling, mentoring or leading a team.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
