The role focuses on managing top accounts such as National High Speed Rail Corporation and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation while building strong relationships with global consultants.

You will influence specifications and drive differentiation of Sika solutions, supporting business conversion from specification to project wins.

Job description

Lead strategic engagement with key infrastructure owners and consultants across India to drive specification inclusion and position Sika as the preferred technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage top infrastructure accounts such as National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Chennai Metro Rail Limited and key state authorities etc.
• Build strong relationships with global consultants like AECOM, Jacobs, WSP, Mott MacDonald, Arup etc.
• Influence specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to include Sika systems.
• Develop strong connects with decision-makers at HO and project/site levels.
• Drive differentiation of Sika solutions and set high market standards.
• Support business conversion from specification to project wins.
• Stronger specification control, improved conversion, and growth in key infrastructure and industrial segments.
