Job summary

UST seeks an experienced Functional Test Lead in Bengaluru to drive functional discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders and assess testing maturity across processes, landscape, and governance.

You will define the future-state testing organization, contribute to UAT, and collaborate with Architecture, Automation, and QE teams to set roadmaps and KPIs for transformational testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Functional Testing or Quality Engineering with 5+ years leading testing programs or managed services engagements.
• 5+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system.
• Experience in discovery, due diligence, transition assessments, and testing operating model evaluations.
• Strong healthcare payer domain expertise across Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and EDI transactions.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern QE practices.
