Job summary

UST in Thiruvananthapuram seeks an experienced Facets/Healthcare IT specialist to deliver across Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules. Strong PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, .NET, and Azure migration skills are required.

Prior experience with Facets upgrades, integrations, and custom extensions will be valued. Ideal candidates will have hands-on capability in data migrations, real-time API calls for Facets, and cloud-first thinking to drive automation projects.

Job description

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT and the Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant) platform
• Hands-on delivery across Facets modules: Membership, Claims, Workflow, Accumulations
• Strong in PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, .NET, and Azure migration; complex query authoring, stored procedures, execution plan tuning, and data correction scripting
• Experience in Facets upgrades, vendor integrations, and data migrations
• Experience in designing and building custom Facets extensions and configuration components
• SSIS package development and troubleshooting for Facets ETL/data migration pipelines
• C#/.NET application debugging: stack trace analysis, Facets API and integration layer error resolution
• Azure cloud migration experience: lift-and-shift, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and hybrid connectivity patterns
• Prior experience in real-time Facets API calls implementation for minimum two areas.
• AI and Cloud first thinking as add on skills ( Automation & Workflow in both the areas )
