Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Application Support Lead with 6+ years in Healthcare IT and Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant) to manage production support, incident handling, and stability across a 24/7 environment.

You will lead Facets diagnostics, SQL/script fixes, batch monitoring, RCA, and shift-left documentation, while driving continuous automation and improvements in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of relevant Healthcare IT / Application Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant).
• Experience handling critical production incidents and working in a 247 support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle P1/P2 production incidents and deliver RCA within 24 hours of resolution.
• Perform advanced Facets module troubleshooting and approved SQL/script fixes.
• Manage Facets batch failures and Autosys job dependencies end-to-end.
• Work on incident, problem, change management and CAB activities.
• Maintain KEDB, runbooks and shift-left support documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness and production stability in a 247 environment.
• Identify opportunities for AI/Cloud-based automation and permanent issue resolution.

Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Lead with 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT and Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant). The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, Facets diagnostics, batch monitoring, RCA, and application stability.
