Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead in India to drive scalable solutions across Core, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery while optimizing performance and security.

Required 8–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and DevOps. Strong communication and agile participation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to coding, architectural, security, and development standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive best practices across the development team.
• Design and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, CDC, and native Salesforce integration capabilities.
• Drive development across Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360/Data Cloud, and related platforms where applicable.
• Collaborate with Data 360, MuleSoft, data governance, testing, security, and source‑system teams to resolve cross-workstream technical challenges.
• Optimize Apex, Flows, SOQL queries, integrations, Lightning performance, batch processing, data loads, and LDV operations.
• Guide team members in developing Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated Flows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and Salesforce release management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and lead root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage, unit testing, regression testing, and continuous integration practices.
