Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Wintel Administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Windows Server Patching (2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022 etc.) and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux Server and ESXi patching methodologies.
• Strong VMware administration skills, including virtual machine management and patching.
• Knowledge of security antivirus solutions and their implementation in enterprise environments.
• ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Optional: Experience with Hyper‑V cluster administration & AWS Cloud administration.
• Certifications such as Security++ and Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2022 would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
• Oracle DBA knowledge (can be really helpful).
