UST in India seeks an AI Product Manager - GTM to partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to identify and scale AI-driven GTM solutions that automate workflows and accelerate business outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI/GenAI product development, Salesforce ecosystem, GTM operations, and building AI agents, with responsibility to prioritize backlog, define evaluation frameworks for accuracy, governance and security, and drive user

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to identify AI use cases and opportunities.
• Map end-to-end GTM processes (Lead-to-Cash, Renewals, Pipeline, Forecasting, Case Triaging).
• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog based on value, complexity, risk and alignment.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions including AI Agents, workflows, RAG-based apps, and embedded AI.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, governance, security, and customer impact.
• Drive user adoption through training, enablement and success measurement.
• Track KPIs: seller productivity, cycle time, pipeline quality and support efficiency.

Role: AI Product Manager - GTM

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager - GTM to join the Enterprise AI team. The role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify, build, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve GTM efficiency, automate workflows, and accelerate business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI product management, Salesforce ecosystem, GTM operations, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify AI use cases and business opportunities.
• Analyze and map end-to-end GTM business processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Renewals, Partner Deal Registration, Customer Support, and Feedback-to-Roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog based on business value, complexity, risk, and strategic alignment.

• Experience working with enterprise AI platforms and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem and GTM technology stack.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience Range: 9 to 15yrs
