UST is seeking a Data Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence to analyze healthcare data, deliver actionable insights, and support data migration and reporting initiatives.

Leverage Snowflake, Snowpark, SQL, Python, and AWS technologies to analyze healthcare data and deliver actionable insights. Work collaboratively in Agile teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehousing, and BI.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data domains: claims, eligibility, providers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

• Design, implement, and test cloud computing solutions to migrate applications from Big Data to cloud platforms using Snowflake/Snowpark technology.
• Perform ETL processes and conduct comprehensive impact analysis.
• Improve data quality and ensure data reliability across enterprise pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively in both independent and team environments, translating unclear requirements into architectural and analytical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies and communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Need

3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence.

• Strong understanding of healthcare data domains such as claims, eligibility, providers, encounters, authorizations, pharmacy, and utilization management.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural skills to navigate unclear requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualification
