Job summary

UST is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in Bengaluru to drive requirement gathering and solution design across business, technology, and data teams. You will work with Databricks data platforms and SAP ECC/S4HANA to translate business needs into functional specifications.

With 8+ years of experience, you will engage stakeholders, lead workshops, and support end-to-end requirement lifecycle including UAT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks) and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing domain preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to coordinate with multiple business groups.
• Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model.

Role Description

Summary

UST is looking for Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in data platforms, SAP ecosystems, and enterprise business processes to drive requirement gathering and solution design. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders across functions. SAP is not mandatory. It is for Bangalore location. We are looking for 8+ years of experience.
