Zend Consulting Services is seeking an senior HR professional specializing in C&B to lead compensation design, payroll, and salary benchmarking from its Raipur office. The role focuses on designing competitive salary structures and incentive schemes, while optimizing labor costs and ensuring statutory compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in HR with 3+ years in C&B and experience in metals/manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
• Strong skills in compensation design and salary benchmarking.
• Hands-on payroll, salary structures, and labor cost management.
• Experience with statutory compliances; metals/manufacturing sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group C&B and payroll processes.
• Drive salary benchmarking initiatives.
• Design optimal salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Optimize labor costs and ensure HR compliance.
• Manage statutory compliances and respond to salary queries.
• Oversee bonus, PF, ESIC, and gratuity administration.
