Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Lead Host Materials to support the efficient operation of the Materials department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest and team expectations are met.

The role involves assisting the Assistant Manager Materials in planning and procurement of materials, vendor development, and administration of contracted services in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Supervisor in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist planning and procurement of materials, including vendor development.
• Administration of contracted services in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.
