Job summary

Vinove Software & Services in Gurugram invites an outbound sales/lead generation specialist to join our growing team. You will generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups, and schedule product demos for the sales team.

This role focuses on identifying decision-makers, understanding customer challenges, and driving meetings with US and international markets while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

• - Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
• - Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities.
• - Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• - Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
