Job summary

Level Up Constructions invites a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to drive customer acquisition for residential real estate projects. This role is remote with occasional site visits, demanding self-motivation and strong collaboration with Sales.

You will plan and optimise Meta & Google Ads, manage listings on major portals, build influencer partnerships, and track leads through the CRM to improve site visits and bookings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation funnels.
• Strong analytical, communication and networking skills.
• An existing network of real estate influencers will be an advantage.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• The focus of this role is not simply generating leads—it is generating quality prospects that translate into site visits and bookings.

Key Performance Metrics
