Job summary

MT Studios in Pune seeks a proactive Business Development & Field Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for Wedding Photography as well as Industrial & Corporate Photography/Video Services. You will manage lead generation, telecalling, client meetings, field visits and follow-ups to close projects.

You will identify industrial and corporate clients, visit sites, present portfolios, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain CRM records to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct client visits.
• Ability to independently identify and approach new companies and businesses.
• Good follow-up and client-conversion skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and field sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for wedding photography and industrial/corporate photography projects.
• Conduct telecalling, field visits, and client meetings to convert leads into projects.

• Visit factories and corporate offices for field sales and business development.
• Present portfolios, services, packages, and capabilities to clients.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development & Field Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for our Wedding Photography as well as Industrial & Corporate Photography/Video Services.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telecalling, client meetings, field visits, follow-ups, and converting prospective clients into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, wedding films, and related services.
• Generate leads for industrial photography, factory shoots, corporate profile videos, company profile films, product shoots, and commercial video production.
• Identify potential industrial and corporate clients through online research, business directories, industrial areas, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Visit factories, industries, corporate offices, businesses, and potential clients for field sales and business development.
• Make outbound calls and connect with prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Understand the clients photography and video production requirements.
• Present our portfolio, services, packages, and company capabilities professionally.
• Schedule meetings and consultations with interested wedding and corporate clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
• Generate new business opportunities by visiting industrial areas and directly approaching companies.
• Build relationships with company owners, marketing teams, HR departments, purchase departments, and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with the internal photography and production team for project requirements, quotations, shoot schedules, and execution.
• Maintain complete records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, field visits, and confirmed projects.
• Travel locally to industrial areas and client locations whenever required.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct client visits.
• Ability to independently identify and approach new companies and businesses.
• Good follow-up and client-conversion skills.
• Comfortable travelling for meetings and field sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, email communication, and online research.
• Good communication in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, advertising agencies, video production companies, photography companies, digital marketing agencies, industrial services, events, media, printing, branding, or corporate services will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable handling both B2C wedding enquiries and B2B industrial/corporate clients.
