Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and ReactJS
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices and system design
• Experience with modern frontend practices like ReactJS, TypeScript, and Vite
• Hands-on experience with database design and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Kafka/Sidekiq for asynchronous processing
• Knowledge of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, along with experience in designing scalable architectures and participating in technical decision-making.
