Role:Full Stack Lead React + Node + Redux

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
• Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions using React, Node, and Redux for both front-end and back-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX/UI designers, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Utilize Elasticsearch for efficient data retrieval, search, and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-9 years) in full-stack development with expertise in React, Node, and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
