Job summary

Three Across is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our Noida-based team. You will build scalable cloud-native applications spanning backend services in Python/Java and a modern frontend using React and TypeScript.

Ideal candidates have 10-15 years of experience, expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). You will collaborate in an in-person drive, focusing on secure, scalable solutions and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of software development experience in full-stack roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, and modern frameworks.
• Proven ability to design microservices and scalable REST APIs.
• Cloud deployment experience on AWS and/or Azure with container orchestration.
• Expertise in front-end tech (React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and security best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Java, and Spring Boot
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience designing Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architectures
• Hands-on exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Event Hubs
• Cloud deployment experience on AWS and/or Azure
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), CI/CD, and Agile delivery
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and database optimization
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and enterprise security practices
• Exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise AI integrations will be an added advantage
