Role Summary We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to design, build, test, and maintain modern web applications using a full‑stack engineering approach. The role requires strong software development fundamentals, practical experience delivering production‑grade features, and deep hands‑on usage of AI coding agents to improve development speed, quality, and confidence. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across frontend, backend, database, orchestration, testing, and deployment layers. They should practice structured software delivery through clear specifications, implementation plans, automated validation, and responsible use of AI‑assisted engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full‑stack application features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related technologies.
• Design and implement clean, maintainable frontend components, application routes, forms, state management, and API integrations.
• Develop backend APIs, domain logic, data models, validations, permissions, and service integrations.
• Build reliable asynchronous workflows using job queues, orchestration frameworks, background workers, and state‑tracked execution patterns.
• Write automated tests across unit, integration, component, API, and end‑to‑end levels.
• Participate in architecture discussions, implementation planning, code reviews, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Use AI coding agents as part of daily development for requirement analysis, code generation, test generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and review.
• Practice spec‑driven development by converting requirements into clear specs, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, task breakdowns, and validation steps.
• Build and maintain agent harnesses that make AI‑assisted development safer and more repeatable, including context packs, reusable prompts, test fixtures, evaluation cases, coding workflows, and regression checks.
• Ensure solutions are secure, observable, testable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver reliable software aligned with product and engineering goals.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OIDC, OAuth2, or enterprise SSO integration.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix‑based UI libraries, React Hook Form, and schema‑based validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, observability, logging, and production support.
• Experience creating internal developer tools, workflow automation, dashboards, reporting interfaces, or data‑heavy applications.
• Experience with agentic software engineering workflows such as plan‑confirm‑execute, tool execution, session context, task checklists, automated code review, and evaluation‑driven development.
• Exposure to cloud‑native or hybrid deployment environments.

Success Expectations The engineer should be able to independently own medium‑sized full‑stack features, produce clear specs and implementation plans, write meaningful automated tests, use AI coding agents responsibly, and contribute to faster software delivery without compromising quality, security, or maintainability.
