Recro in Noida is seeking a software engineer with 3-8 years of experience to develop scalable backend services in Java and to build intuitive frontend interfaces with Angular. The role requires strong data structures, OOP, and experience with REST APIs and microservices.

The ideal candidate will contribute to architecture discussions, review code, and help maintain high standards for security, performance, and reliability in a fintech-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Core Java and recent Java framework experience, Spring Boot preferred.
• Hands-on Angular frontend development experience.
• Solid OOP, DSA, and data structures knowledge.
• Understanding of HLD/LLD concepts and distributed systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).
• Strong experience building frontend applications using Angular.
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Solid understanding of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) concepts.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and distributed applications.
• Good understanding of databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FinTech domain or building financial products.
