About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Cloud-Native Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while driving innovation, performance, reliability, and security across the technology stack.

As an Individual Contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build modern web applications, develop microservices, support cloud deployments, and contribute to DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js.
• Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop reusable UI components and manage application state efficiently.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Cloud, DevOps & Monitoring

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Support cloud-native application deployment and management, preferably on Azure.
• Implement logging, monitoring, telemetry, and observability solutions.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Follow DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Experience building Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on experience with React.js including component development and state management.
• Strong experience in REST API design and development.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud experience with Azure preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or other event‑driven messaging platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
• Exposure to DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
