Licious, Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A professional to join the Finance team. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and drive cost efficiencies.

The role offers exposure to financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to develop deep analytical skills in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Competenze

• CA with 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist in preparing and analyzing company budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Support variance analyses between actuals and budgets, identify trends and discrepancies.
• Help develop financial models to analyze performance and inform decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate for our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the business. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Collect and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements.
• Assist in the creation of management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis.
