Job summary

Licious in Bengaluru is seeking a highly motivated FP&A professional to join our fast-growing meat and seafood brand. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to enable data-driven decision making.

You will build financial models, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• CA with 1–2 years in finance or related field.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance.
• Develop financial models to analyze business performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• Create management dashboards and financial KPIs to track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support in ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate for our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the business. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of the company’s financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supporting the team in conducting variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and discrepancies.
• Helping develop financial models to analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
• Collecting and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements.
