Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to serve as the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise customers, driving their AI transformation journey from implementation through long-term expansion. You will architect and deploy customer-specific AI solutions, and lead integrations with ERP, CRM, and data platforms.

You will manage a team of engineers, mentor staff, and partner with Customer Success to expand engagements, while staying hands-on with coding,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software/AI experience.
• Strong customer-facing ownership of outcomes.
• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM systems.
• Full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Workday).
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Domain exposure in healthcare, financial services, logistics, retail, or supply chain.
• Outcome-oriented mindset applying AI to business challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven expertise building production-grade AI, LLM, or agentic systems.
• Full-stack engineering capabilities across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Domain exposure within industries such as healthcare, financial services, logistics, retail, or supply chain.
