Job Description

• Define and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals and growth agenda
• Architect and deliver large-scale AI/GenAI systems including LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP models, and agentic AI frameworks
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI model development from conceptualization to deployment and optimization
• Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions across multiple domains
• Drive adoption of MLOps practices to ensure efficient model deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and CXO stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Continuously evaluate emerging trends in AI and machine learning to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative
• Scale AI initiatives from pilot stages to enterprise-level implementation with measurable business impact
• Manage cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• 15+ years of experience in data science, AI, and advanced analytics roles
• Strong hands‑on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI technologies such as LLMs and RAG
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, including Python and related AI ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams (20+ members) and managing end-to-end project delivery
• Strong understanding of business processes with exposure to multiple functional domains
• Experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise environments
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while providing clarity and direction
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership
