• Work with tools like Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern backend frameworks
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed AI systems
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong technical expertise
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing AI/ML teams
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience shipping production‑grade AI applications at enterprise scale
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Familiarity with frontend integrations (React, mobile/web applications)
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Experience working in agile methodologies with tools like JIRA
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies like PySpark or Hadoop is a plus
