Airtel seeks an experienced ERP Programme Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations across Finance and Supply Chain. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams, gather requirements, and design solutions that align with business processes.

You will mentor a large delivery team, manage risks and governance, and collaborate with integrations, reporting, and data migration specialists to ensure successful UAT, deployment, and production stabilization.

Formación

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
• Strong business process understanding.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage a team of 310 consultants/developers.
• Experience in solution design and documentation.
• Knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades
