in Delhi seeks an experienced Oracle EBS technical lead to deliver development across R12.1+ environments, design and support RICEFW components, and provide expertise across OM, AR, AP, GL, INV, and IBY. You will optimize end-to-end processes such as O2C and Supply Chain, perform performance tuning, monitor job failures, and collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development in Oracle EBS R12.1 or above.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle Workflow, and SQL*Loader.
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with core Oracle modules: Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Payments.
• Experience in production support and ticketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Oracle EBS technical development across R12.1+ environments.
• Design, develop, and support RICEFW components.
• Provide technical expertise across Oracle EBS modules including OM, AR, AP, GL, INV, and IBY.
• Support and optimize end-to-end business processes such as O2C and Supply Chain.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and resolve scheduled job failures and production issues.
• Work in SLA-driven support environments and manage tickets efficiently.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
