Job summary

Qloron Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with ERP/Finance domain expertise to lead design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions supporting financial processes. You will guide architecture, collaborate across functions, and mentor teams for automation and transformation.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience with major platforms and a strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, GL, AP/AR, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP technology experience with technical leadership.
• Hands-on ERP with SAP, Oracle Fusion/EBS, MS Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
• Strong Finance ERP knowledge and module understanding.
• Experience designing ERP integrations and APIs.
• REST/SOAP, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• SQL and relational databases; data migration/ETL skills.
• Cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred; CI/CD know-how.
• DevOps practices and code quality focus.
• Architectural, security, scalability, and performance awareness.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong ERP and Finance domain expertise to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions supporting financial and business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills, hands‑on ERP experience, and a solid understanding of finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, integration, and implementation of ERP and Finance technology solutions.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Business, Product, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and develop integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications such as CRM, banking, procurement, payroll, tax, and reporting platforms.
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance on architecture, development standards, code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze existing ERP and finance processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Support finance processes including GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, R2R, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to resolve complex ERP and finance‑related technical issues.
• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, performance optimization, and production support activities.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across ERP and integrated systems.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, migrations, system consolidations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Establish technical documentation, development standards, best practices, and governance.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore development teams, vendors, and third‑party technology partners.
• Mentor developers and technical team members and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ERP technology, enterprise applications with experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as:
  • SAP
  • Oracle Fusion / Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • NetSuite or other enterprise ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of Finance ERP modules and processes.
• Experience designing and implementing ERP integrations and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
