Job summary

Ramboll invites applications for a Drainage/Water Resources Engineer to join our India team in Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad or Chennai. You will develop base models, calibrate and validate designs, assess demand, perform hydraulic modeling, and prepare technical reports, coordinating with global and regional teams to deliver infrastructure projects to a high standard.

The role requires UK standards knowledge and hands-on use of InfoDrainage / MicroDrainage, AutoCAD Civil 3D and 2D, with

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK standards and regulations for drainage and surface water management.
• Proven experience on UK highway, transport, and urban development projects.
• Ability to independently manage project deliverables.
• Experience in task management, including work delegation, resource and budget planning, and conducting quality checks.
• Hands-on expertise with InfoDrainage / MicroDrainage (mandatory).
