Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on knowledge of synthesis, placement, routing, CTS, extraction timing analysis/STA, and Physical Verification for technologies 3nm or less.
• Proven expertise in synthesis with a strong understanding of design constraints, floorplan (macro placement), timing concepts, and formal verification (equivalence) at the block level.
• Block‑level ownership from RTL/Netlist to GDSII, driving complex designs to signoff, CTS and custom clocking, routing.
• Experience with Cadence (Innovus) flow.
• Familiarity with power‑efficiency techniques, IR‑drop, EM fixes, and working knowledge of Redhawk.
• Experience with ICV, Primetime, Formality, and Fusion Compiler.
• Familiarity with ECO methodologies and experience writing timing ECOs.
• Improve design quality and drive area, power, performance improvements through flow tuning and different techniques.
• Experience handling a small team (size 3‑5).
• Good scripting skills in Tcl or Perl and understanding of Yaml files.
