Nestdigital is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team of CRM professionals working on large-scale Dynamics CRM deployments and VeriPark integrations. The role emphasizes improving performance, reliability, and code quality across CRM systems within a banking-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10+ years IT experience, 6-7 years in MS Dynamics CRM development, and hands-on experience with VeriPark products. Cloud deployments across multiple projects are required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our squad of MS Dynamics developers and testers. The role focuses on continuous improvement of existing MS Dynamics CRM systems integrated with VeriPark products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in large-scale CRM implementations and will play a key role in enhancing system performance, reliability, and code quality.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Identify design and implementation issues in existing systems and propose/implement corrective actions.
• Provide solutions for incidents and problems to reduce the number of support tickets.
• Propose architectural and design improvements, implement them, and guide other squads to ensure consistency across implementations.
• Improve performance and reliability of CRM systems at FAB.
• Define and implement software development and source code control processes to ensure the integrity of pre-production testing and production deployments.
• Perform code reviews for developers and drive improvements in overall code quality.
• Work on enhancements and integrations involving VeriPark solutions (VT, VL, VC, VTBL).

Required Experience

• 8-10+ years Total IT Experience.
• Minimum 6-7 years MS Dynamics CRM Development Experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with at least one of the following VeriPark products: VeriChannel, VeriTouch, VeriLink.
• Experience in multiple MS Dynamics CRM deliveries, particularly in large‑scale environments.
• Minimum 3 cloud implementations of MS Dynamics 365 CRM (cloud version only).

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on MS Dynamics CRM Cloud development expertise.
• Experience with VeriPark solutions (VeriChannel / VeriTouch / VeriLink).
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Expertise in both design and implementation of MS Dynamics 365 (cloud).
