Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead for Battery Management System (BMS) development in our EV team. The role focuses on delivering advanced BMS solutions and leading a small engineering group.

You will apply MATLAB/Simulink, System Composer, and DaVinci Developer skills, drive requirement analysis, reviews, and the software V-cycle, while planning milestones and nurturing a high‑performing

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Embedded Software
• Hands-on BMS/Battery pack development preferred
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink & Stateflow expertise
• Experience leading a 3+ person engineering team
• Ability to plan, track and manage milestones

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer / Technical Lead – Battery Management System (BMS) Development to join our growing EV and Automotive Engineering team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in MATLAB, Simulink & Stateflow
• Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development
• Hands‑on exposure to Battery Management Systems (BMS) / Battery Pack Development preferred
• Knowledge of System Composer and DaVinci Developer
• Strong model review, debugging, and requirement analysis skills
• Experience in Software V-Cycle Development Process
• Proven team leadership experience, managing a team of 3+ engineers
• Planning, tracking, and milestone management expertise

Preferred Skills:

• Battery algorithms (SOC, SOH, SOP, Cell Balancing, Thermal Management)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
