Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PLM servers and apply patches/upgrades.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for JE PLM applications via ticketing system.
• Install and upgrade Teamcenter servers; manage licenses and deployments.
• Register users and manage access; coordinate CAD integration tasks.
