Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) at JEPL.
• Serve as customer representative onsite to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and execute internal/process/product audits and audits for PPAP and customer audits.
• Analyze NCs and ensure timely closure; perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly quality reports for JEPL, HQ, and regional functions.

Key Roles

• Key Roles : Responsible area : APG - Plant - 601 - Lead the Monitor the Quality Management System in JEPL.
• Is the customer representative on the premises and insure customer satisfaction.
• Quick response and follow up abnormal situation at workshop.
• Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to new product PPAP and Customer Realted Quality System Audits / Third party audits Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit schedule and perform as per requirements)
• Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure-Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items.
• Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3)as per time line.
• Communicate with Customer specific requirements across the plant.
• Co-ordinate to evaluate department wise Risk assesment / Contigency plan
• Lead the Root cause analysis for Customer situation for Development / zero km (SOP + Safelauch) follow the 8D /PDCA/FTA methodology.
• Implement Countermasure (sorting/repair/others)/ update the Horizonal deployment & Standardization.(FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet)
• Provide Monthly reports reports and product datas any information to JEPL and HQ / China / Europe Corporate functions that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence.
