Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development/Lead Validation professional in Chennai to validate and allocate inbound leads, schedule appointments when potential is identified, and pass opportunities to the Sales teams.

You will work with Marketing and Sales to respond to referrals and ensure data quality in Salesforce, while learning ADP’s processes and maintaining high performance standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a target driven, lead generation environment preferable.
• Comfort with in-depth discussions with Decision maker contacts; CRM knowledge desirable (Salesforce preferable).
• Knowledge of Social Media and Digital Research Methods.

Responsibilities

• Validate and allocate incoming leads quickly to Sales teams.
• Update and maintain Salesforce.com with accurate data and status.
• Qualify context and book meetings; transmit to Salespeople.

OBJECTIVES:

Your position is intended to contribute to the optimization of creation of sales opportunities, through the processing of leads or incoming calls, according to ADP terminology.

Your main mission is to validate and allocate incoming leads internally as quickly as possible, schedule an appointment when the potential is identified or reject otherwise. In other words, you will pass on the inbound opportunities generated for the Sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will report to your Sales Development Manager, who will guide and coach you to achieve success by recommending and assigning you tasks;
• You need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from your Leaders;
• Get involved and collaborate on projects aimed at improving our processes, developing our team members and delivering on our commitments as a Team.;
• Be able to constructively accept and receive feedback aimed at maintaining a high performance standard.;
• Stay open to learn and develop continuously, in order to gain new skills needed and quickly adapt to changes and grow your career;
• Learn about ADP’s values, conduct and other regulations, and reflect them both inside and outside the office;

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check, research and contact incoming requests for validation and allocation.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams by providing responses to phone referrals, incoming web forms, qualifying leads ensuring specific criteria (Discovery Document)
• Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com to ensure update and data completion.
• Allocate leads as opportunities (“gained access” stage) for timely follow-up.

You will handle all incoming requests by:

• Guaranteeing their eligibility for Salespeople by segment;
• Ensuring allocations according to the local rules defined for the fiscal year;
• Qualifying the context and booking meetings and transmission to Salespeople;
• Guaranteeing the quality of leads and information sent to Salespeople;

This implies and requires that you are aware of:

• the offers strategy and the commercial strategy of the company;
• the sales teams, their activities and their territory distribution;
• all the operational marketing plans and campaigns;
• the qualification and meeting criteria;
• Master SFDC tool

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Experience working in a target driven, lead generation environment preferable. Candidate must be comfortable with having in-depth discussions with Decision maker contacts, have knowledge of Social Media and Digital Research Methods. Previous CRM knowledge is very desirable (salesforce.com preferable)
