Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential / Commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in 2D drafting in AutoCAD and understand basics of 3D.
• Must have prepared BOQ for multiple projects & understand current market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively while maintaining design quality.
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
• Develop innovative and functional designs for apartments, villas, luxury residences / corporate Spaces like Office spaces, Retail Brands, Hospitality etc.
• Lead client presentations and pitches, tailoring proposals to homeowners, investors / corporate clients.
• Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support growth initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring creativity, performance, and adherence to design standards.
• Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
