With 10+ years in analytics, you’ll lead complex investigations, perform hypothesis tests, and deliver executive dashboards using Power BI, Python, and SQL. You’ll shape strategy through clear storytelling and hands-on mentorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science roles.
• Expert SQL across data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL).
• Strong Python proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn for analytics and modeling.
• Executive Power BI dashboards and storytelling for decision-making.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an exact match candidate— a seasoned Principal Data Analytics Lead with 10+ years of direct experience who can hit the ground running as the primary bridge between raw data and executive decision‑making.

What We Need You to Do

• Executive & Client Interaction: Directly partner with C‑suite stakeholders and leaders to translate open‑ended business challenges into analytical frameworks without oversight.
• Deep Exploratory & Statistical Analysis: Lead complex, unstructured database investigations. You know how to run hypothesis testing, identify subtle anomalies, and pull actionable insights that standard reports miss.
• Masterful Data Storytelling: Transform heavy statistical findings into clear, persuasive, executive‑level narratives and visual presentations that directly drive strategy.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the definitive Subject Matter Expert in analytics methodologies, guiding and elevating the output of mid‑level analysts.

Qualification Requirements

To be considered, you must already possess expert‑level execution in the following:

• 10+ Years of Proven Experience: Dedicated track record in high‑level data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
• Expert SQL: Mastery in querying, manipulating, and structuring complex data across enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL).
• Strong Python Proficiency: Hands‑on experience using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for deep data manipulation, advanced statistics, and predictive modeling.
• Executive Power BI: Ability to craft crisp, executive‑level dashboards and visualizations that complement deep‑dive storytelling.
• Executive Presence & Communication: Proven history of presenting directly to non‑technical, high‑level leadership and turning complex math into clear business strategies.
