Job summary

Questhiring is seeking an experienced Lead Analytics professional to drive analytics strategy, data-driven decision-making, and advanced insights across the organization. The role will work with business, product, technology, and leadership teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of experience in Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SQL and analytical data manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with Python or R for analytics and statistical modelling.
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data modelling, and analytical datasets.
• Experience defining and tracking business/product KPIs.
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics function and define the roadmap for business and product analytics.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify business problems and convert them into analytical solutions.
• Build and manage scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models.
• Drive advanced analytics, predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and experimentation initiatives.
• Develop key business metrics, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and growth levers through data analysis.
• Establish strong data governance, analytics standards, and quality frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts and analytics professionals.
• Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
• Drive automation of recurring reports and analytics processes.
• Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• 9–14 years of experience in Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience building analytics products or self‑service analytics platforms.

• Strong ability to influence business decisions through data and insights.
• Experience managing or mentoring analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
