As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our data science team, leading projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive project success.
• Define and prioritize data science projects in alignment with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end data science solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data mining algorithms to extract insights and drive decision‑making.

Requirements
