Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Core Java Developer to contribute to healthcare software projects. You will work on development and enhancement of medical device related applications, emphasizing stability, reliability, and performance.

The role suits engineers with strong OOAD, Java fundamentals, and CI/CD exposure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help shape software architecture.

Qualifications

• Good with SOLID/OOAD/OOPS concepts, design patterns.
• Good hands on experience with Core Java.
• Basic/intermediate understanding of Java UI Technology such as JavaFX/Java Swing.
• Basic understanding of TFS/Git/ClearQuest.
• Good understanding of Unit/Component Testing using junit/Mockito frameworks.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability for quick onboarding.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processes.
• Realization of high-level architecture and design with strong development skills.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Healthcare domain team, you will participate in development and enhancement of software applications related to medical devices.

• As a member of the team in the Healthcare domain, your primary job will be to involve in development and enhancement of software applications related to medical devices.
• You should be passionate about going an extra mile to design and enhance applications for good stability, reliability and performance.

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• Good with SOLID/OOAD/OOPS concepts, design patterns
• Good hands on experience with Core Java
• Basic/intermediate understanding of Java UI Technology such as JavaFX/Java Swing, if not expert and willingness to work there for current project
• Basic understanding of TFS/Git/ClearQuest.
• Good understanding of Unit/Component Testing using junit/Mockito frameworks
