The Lead Content Developer will be responsible for the creation, development, and oversight of engaging and effective learning materials tailored for audiences at various leadership levels. Additionally, the Lead Content Developer will mentor junior team members and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve content development processes.
1. Stakeholder Analysis
- Conduct and lead stakeholder conversations to comprehend client needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive stakeholder analysis reports and obtain client sign-off.
- Gain a deep understanding of assigned projects and client needs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Content Design, Development, and Maintenance
- Understand complex business problem statements, learner profiles, and advanced evaluation methodologies to design effective learning solutions.
- Apply advanced adult learning principles in content development.
- Utilize various techniques and methodologies to create training content that addresses different learning styles.
- Develop sophisticated training collaterals such as quizzes, assessments, reading materials, case studies, exercises, and activities tailored for higher-level leadership.
- Conduct extensive research to contextualize content to the client's industry needs and challenges.
- Leverage Generative AI and AI-powered research tools to accelerate content research, ideation, and content development while ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
- Create detailed instructor notes to complement training material.
- Conduct walkthroughs of the training content with clients and facilitators to secure approval.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate for creating learning materials.
- Integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance content delivery and engagement.
3. Industry Trends and Technology
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content development and training.
- Explore and implement new tools and technologies to improve content development processes and outcomes.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled content creation and learning technologies to enhance productivity, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
4. Mentorship and Team Development
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior content developers.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get sign-off for the designed solutions.

- Implement corrective measures based on feedback to improve content quality.
