Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a seasoned Test Management Office (TMO) Lead with 15+ years of experience to oversee enterprise testing and release governance across SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise apps. You will partner with business owners, IT leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery within the GCC region.

You will drive definitions of testing strategies, release planning, and governance, while maturing automation, metrics, and asset management.

Role Overview

• The Test Management Office (TMO) Lead will establish and lead the enterprise Testing & Release Management function within the GCC, driving governance across demand management, release planning, quality engineering, testing, and continuous improvement.
• The role will be responsible for defining enterprise testing and release strategies, standardizing governance frameworks, preserving, governing, and maximizing the value of enterprise testing assets, and ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery of technology initiatives.
• Working closely with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and global stakeholders, this role will enable scalable, risk‑based, and business‑aligned delivery while fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• TMO Leadership: Establish, lead, and continuously evolve the Testing & Release Management Office within the GCC.
• Define enterprise testing, release management, quality engineering, and governance frameworks aligned with global IT strategy.
• Release & Demand Management: Own enterprise release management, including release planning, scope management, release calendars, deployment readiness, release governance, production deployment, and post‑release reviews.
• Partner with Business Product Owners and IT leaders to govern demand intake, prioritization, and release planning. Facilitate release governance, Go/No-Go decisions, and post‑release reviews.
• Ensure successful execution of monthly enterprise releases by balancing business priorities, delivery capacity, quality and operational readiness.
• Testing & Quality Engineering: Define enterprise testing strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and UAT.
• Drive adoption of Quality Engineering practices, automation, AI‑enabled testing, and continuous quality improvements. Govern enterprise testing execution, defect management, quality metrics, release readiness, and business acceptance across strategic programs.
• Continuously improve testing effectiveness through automation, reusable assets, and modern engineering practices.
• Enterprise Test Asset Management: Establish governance for enterprise testing assets including user stories, test cases, regression suites, automation assets, and test data.
• Ensure preservation, reuse, and continuous enhancement of testing investments across SAP S/4HANA and enterprise applications.
• Executive Governance & Stakeholder Management: Provide executive reporting and dashboards covering release health, testing maturity, business readiness, quality KPIs, risks, dependencies and delivery status.
• Partner with global business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, PMO, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Present strategic recommendations, risks, and quality insights to senior leadership.
• Capability Building: Build organizational capability through testing standards, competency development, mentoring, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Agile, DevOps, AI, automation, and industry‑leading quality engineering practices.
• Vendor Governance: Govern testing and release delivery across internal teams and strategic delivery partners, ensuring adherence to enterprise quality standards and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Quality Engineering, Testing, Release Management, or IT Program Delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience establishing and leading enterprise Testing, Release Management, or Quality Engineering functions within large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading quality and release governance for enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA or other large‑scale ERP implementations.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or similar) is preferred. Strong expertise in Release Management, Demand Management, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Test Governance, and SDLC/Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing enterprise testing tools and platforms such as qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent quality engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, release governance, defect management, and enterprise software delivery practices. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, executive stakeholders, product owners, and global delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision‑making skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, SAFe or Quality Engineering certifications are preferred.
