Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SD Architect with 12+ years of expertise to own the Order‑to‑Cash and Plan‑to‑Produce architecture across SD, MM, and PP.

You will define a harmonized template for quotation to billing and guide deployments across regions and products. The role requires hands‑on design of cross‑module integrations (SD–MM–PP, SD–FI) and governance of pricing, ATP, AVC, and data migration.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of SD architecture experience in SAP environments.
• Experience across O2C, Plan‑to‑Produce, and integration with MM/PP/FI/CO.
• Ability to design global templates and guide deployments across regions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the global O2C template including pricing, delivery, billing and credits.
• Design MM integration for sourcing, vendor collaboration, and subcontracting.
• Lead PP planning/execution with MRP Live and demand handoffs.
• Establish cross‑module integrations SD–MM–PP–FI; ensure tax compliance.
• Govern pricing, ATP/AATP, and configurable products (Variant Config/AVC).
• Create artefacts: blueprint, process maps, test strategy, migration plans.
• Oversee data migration and cutover activities; support Go‑Live.
• Coach stakeholders and run enablement sessions.

Role Overview

Should have 12-15 years of experience as an SD Architect, Owning the Order-to-Cash and Plan-to-Produce architecture spanning Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP). Define a harmonized template for quotation→order→delivery→billing with integrated sourcing and manufacturing; guide deployments across regions/products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the global O2C template: pricing, ATP, BOP, credit management, delivery scheduling, shipping, billing, returns and claims.


• Design MM integration for sourcing strategies, vendor collaboration, subcontracting, and special procurements.


• Lead PP planning/execution: MRP Live, demand planning handoffs, discrete/process/repetitive manufacturing, confirmations, backflush.


• Establish cross-module integrations: SD–MM–PP, SD–FI (revenue recognition, taxes), SD–GTS/TM, EDI with customers/carriers.


• Govern pricing (condition technique, surcharges/discounts), ATP (AATP), and configurable products (Variant Config/AVC).


• Create architecture artefacts: solution blueprint, process maps, RICEFW inventory, interface & test strategy, non-functional requirements.


• Lead data migration (customers, materials, BOM/routings/work centers, price conditions, open orders/deliveries), and reconciliation.


• Oversee cutover (order freezes, deliveries, shipment handover, billing backlogs), and Go‑Live command center.


• Drive rollout enablement: local tax/compliance (GST/VAT), trade compliance, shipping regulations, and customer‑specific EDI.


• Coach consultants, align business stakeholders (Sales, Planning, Procurement, Finance), and run enablement sessions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with variant configuration (AVC) and Make‑to‑Order/Make‑to‑Stock/ATO/ETO scenarios.


• Integration with FI/CO (taxes, revenue recognition), TM/GTS, and EWM/WM for shipping/warehousing.


• Hands‑on with B2B EDI/API (orders, ASN, invoicing) and performance tuning (ATP/BOP runs).
